I need a new plan

I saw my doctor today. I have gained weight and my blood pressure is still high. What happened to me? I was super motivated this fall. I was walking almost everyday and I had lost a few pounds. My blood pressure was lower. I was ON IT! Now it seems like I have no motivation. I need a new plan. Other than sipping on Grey Goose Citron and Perrier like I am doing at the moment. Suggestions?
